History
Founded in 2008 by Christopher Pratt, MARSAIL has become a reference in sailing and sport-business.
Initially specialized in nautical events and sports coaching, MARSAIL has widened its range of competences to offer an innovative and complete support to ambitious leaders and companies.
Our goal: to use our experience of high-level sailing and leadership to accompany their clients towards high performance.
Passionate about leadership and human relationships, we have developed overtime many intellectual contents that we make available for our community, and that you can find in our Sail’Factory.

Professional skipper for over 15 years, Christopher PRATT, has never dreamed of doing anything else but sailing.
Sailing and at the highest level.
After a course in sport studies, at only 18 years old, he wins the title of World Vice-Champion in dinghy sailing. He then quickly tried his hand at the greatest races in his field (Solitaire du Figaro, Transat Jacques Vabre, Transat AG2R, Tour de France à la voile, Route du Rhum, etc.).
Amandine

Associate director, consultant and trainer
Mature, joyful and assiduous, Amandine’s career reflects her image. She is full of audacity, surprises and always fully committed.
Looking to give a meaning to her profession, Amandine began her career in social protection and thought she had found her calling.
In parallel with her working life, she prepared for the entrance exam to the Ecole National Supérieur de la sécurité social (EN3S) which prepares social security executives. She graduated top of her class at the entrance exam and followed an exemplary career in this school.
