Despite the size of our group, MARSAIL knew how to perfectly adapt the mindset and the execution of the day. We left with teams more united and determined than when we arrived ! Everybody spent a magical day ! Thank you to the team for the tight organisation and to our speakers for their professionalism and determination. We only wish to do it again with the same team but this time for a 3 day-long event to enjoy it even more.

It wasn't just about getting a tan on a boat.
The program is built with a deep pedagogical reflection on management and communication processes. It is based on the observation of responsibility, intercations and exchanges. A great day that will feed our thoughts regarding our work processes in the office, but above all a lot of fun and laughs sailing together.
